RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

Our goal is to provide a customer service experience that gets your concerns handled properly and fast. We love the fact that we can cater to a broad range of customers by offering customizable sizing. Each garment is “made to order” which means we start production once we receive your order. 

 

★ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a full refund no questions asked.

ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER.

 

We do offer FREE FAST exchanges. If your item does not fit, simply send an email to theperfectassistantus@gmail.com or text 804-386-2990. Include your order number and the new size your are requesting in the email. You will then receive a code to use at checkout for your new item. The new code will take 100% off the cost of the new item. We will schedule a USPS or UPS pickup for the original item.
